There is a growing awareness of the importance of new forms of communication on the structure and management of organisations and consequently on their IT infrastructure and engineering of information systems. On the other hand, well established information systems engineering techniques and methods can improve the development of information services in a World Wide Web environment.

This working conference will bring together researchers and practitioners in Information Systems, Human Computer Interaction, Management and Communication who have interests in information systems in the World Wide Web environment. The objective will be to advance understanding about how intra and internet communication can empower information systems in organisations, techniques for human computer interaction and methods and development tools for concurrent information systems engineering
