2010-05-21 Doctoral Conferment Ceremony 2010

The Faculties of Economics and Administration, of Humanities and of Information Sciences at the University of Tampere will jointly hold a Doctoral Conferment Ceremony on Friday 21 May 2010. Doctoral conferment Ceremony 2010

Graduation deadline 4 June 2010

All students wishing to graduate in June-July 2010 must submit their application for degree diploma by 4 June 2010.

The UTA graduation ceremony celebrating new graduates is held at the end of each term. The next ceremony will take place on 11 June 2010. The ceremony is optional.

Publicity of master's thesis

According to the recent instructions of the Ministry of Education, all Master's Theses should be public. Confidential material should be placed in an appendix of the thesis to be seen by the examiners only. However, the public version should be readable also without the confidential parts. For further details concerning the new instructions about the confidentiality and publicity of Master's Theses, please contact your thesis supervisor.
